About Enigma Properties
Milwaukee property management built around people.
We are a locally operated property management company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our team manages multi-family residential properties across Greater Milwaukee and northeastern Wisconsin.
Over the years we have worked with thousands of tenants across more than 200 properties. That experience has shaped how we approach every interaction, from the first apartment tour to a maintenance request submitted at midnight.
